SMAS recommends the Quicken and QuickBooks range of accounting software programmes from the world’s largest accounting software vendor Intuit.

We have successfully tailored the software to deal with the day to day book-keeping requirements of the practice. Accountancy firms who are members of SMAS offer clients a comprehensive installation, set-up, training and support package on the tailored software. The tailored system is in use by practices all over the country.

The software is very “user friendly” and is exceptionally easy to use. The software manual and “on screen” help option guide the user through all accounting aspects.

Detailed Income Expenditure, Balance Sheet and other reports are effortlessly generated by the system, this is a feature lacking in many similar programmes.
